AVRO EX ROADSHOW 5th – 7th SEPTEMBER 2008

AT THE LEICESTER MARRIOTT HOTEL, LEICESTER

New for this year’s AVRO EX Roadshow 2008 is Friday night with an excellent hot buffet followed by entertainment till late.

We are also delighted to announce that our business partner, LSUK have agreed to be a major sponsor for this year’s event.  The Saturday night function therefore will be the AVRO / LSUK Gala Dinner.  As usual, the event will be a “black tie” evening with a first class meal, followed by a brief presentation, an auction in aid of the AVRO Benevolent Fund and then onto the entertainment……….straight into breakfast if you have the stamina!!

The AVRO-Ex, which this year celebrates its 29th anniversary, takes place at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th September.

The AVRO-Ex Roadshow returns to the UK following two very successful years in Ireland during 2006 and 2007.

Show time is for showmen and AVRO- Ex has these qualities in abundance. The three-day recovery exhibition includes the latest in recovery equipment together with working demonstrations and a first class social programme of dinners and top entertainment.

"The AVRO-EX has never just been about candyfloss and ice-cream," says show organiser Jeff Bungey. "Over the years it has been at the forefront of constant innovation and Industry development, this year is no exception. If you buy and sell parts for cars, trucks, buses and coaches speak to AVRO about our LSUK partnership. And if you are looking for extra recovery work and want to be part of the business then come and talk to us about nationwidebreakdown.com

"It’s AVRO by name only as the AVRO-Ex has always been an all-industry event. Everybody is welcome, whether you're a day-tripper or staying over. A personal invitation will be sent to all organisations with the sincere hope that they attend."

At the Leicester Marriott Hotel, exhibitors and visitors will find the event rewarding as well as productive, after all, a successful event isn’t just about work, it's also about socialising and enjoying good company. So find time to sit back and relax and just enjoy the surroundings.

With 227 air-conditioned bedrooms and posh-nosh the Marriott Hotel Leicester provides a perfect venue, conveniently located only a short distance from the M6, MI and M69 and both Birmingham and East Midlands airport are within easy reach.
